Wildcat is a new, yet familiar PvE experience set in the remnants of the Pillar of Autumn's engine room from Halo Combat Evolved. The map is suitable for up to 8 players. The map works with a traditional Firefight game mode.

Wildcat is a 1:1 recreation of the engine room; however, it has been modified to fit the Halo Infinite movement system & gameplay mechanics.

The map is loaded with a plethora of easter eggs to find! So be sure to explore the ins & outs of the map!

Originally, Wildcat was intended for Halo Infinite infection mode; however, with the release of the Forge AI kit in season 5. I decided to shift directions & create a fun PvE sandbox that players both new & veteran would enjoy.

One of the biggest challenges I faced early on in the project was the engine room reactor. The reactor is essentially the main set piece of this environment and I wasn't quite sure how I would tackle this challenge. I spent hours searching through the entirety of the Halo Forge palette and kitbashed pieces together until I eventually found a shape I was happy with & that matched some of the original aesthetic.

I hope you enjoy this map! Please provide your feedback & report any bugs in the comments section below! Your feedback is always sought after & appreciated
